Service Description
Who It’s For? Ages: U16/U19 Training Model: Small-group, high-quality reps, coach feedback focused This camp is ideal for athletes who want to improve their skating and individual ringette tactic skills. This camp will also include an off-ice component in which athletes will learn how to improve their muscular endurance, strength and power, neuromuscular speed and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning. This camp will include lots of coaching feedback and high attention to detail. Schedule 1-2 PM: On-Ice Skating Skills 2-3PM: Strength + Conditioning Training @Wilmont Rec Centre, Baden, ON Cost = $250 + HST Jersey Included!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking one of our programs/camps! If a cancelation is required, this must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the first session. Cancelling before this time frame will ensure you get a full refund (less a $20 admin fee which includes to transaction fees). Cancellations made after this time, will only be refunded if the spot is filled prior to the start of the first session (less the $20 admin fee).
