Service Description

Who It’s For? Ages: U14-U16 Training Model: Small-group, high-quality reps, coach feedback focused This camp is ideal for athletes who want to skate faster, move more efficiently, and learn ringette tactics that will evolve their game. Schedule 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning 9:15 – 10:05 AM: On-Ice Skating Skills 10:15 – 11:05 AM: On-Ice Ringette Tactical Session 11:15 – 11:45 AM: Game Application & Cooldown Cost = $175 + HST
